About Bud’s Certs

Bud founded BudCerts in 2023 after a career tour that included forklift logistics, competitive BBQ, and a brief—yet unforgettable—stint as a drone racing pit boss. One night, Bud asked an AI to plan a 14-hour brisket smoke, draft a cover letter, and generate a playlist of 00s power ballads—simultaneously. It worked. The next morning he declared, “Skills should be measured in prompts, not PowerPoints,” and BudCerts was born.

Since then, Bud has “field‑tested” AI everywhere: scheduling family reunions with transformer models, convincing a large language model to name his boat, and optimizing rib rubs using Bayesian priors (results: delicious). These exploits informed the BudCerts exam blueprints: practical, multi‑model, and just the right amount of overkill.

Bud’s mission is simple: help people prove they can collaborate with AI like seasoned pros—clear objectives, safe practices, and outcomes that actually help. If it can survive Bud’s weekend projects, it’s good enough for the workplace.
